What is your shipping and return/exchange policies?

 

Shipping Policy 

Processing and shipping times will be adjusted accordingly to each product in the product’s description! Most products currently are under these estimated timeframes:

Processing time: current timeframe is 1-14 business days

Shipping time: current timeframe is 3-8 business days

 

What is considered a business day?

A business day is Monday - Friday excluding holidays!

 

 

Return/Exchange Policy

Can I return my item?

Due to the products being made to order, returns/exchanges are NOT allowed. Please make 100% sure you want the item(s) you’re buying before checking out!


What do I do if my item is damaged?

If the purchased product is damaged, please reach out to us via email or dm within 3 days of delivery. If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue!

 

Other Information

Once the item(s) are shipped, it is out of our hands & we are no longer responsible for them! We are also not responsible for the following:

  • address mistake (please triple check your address before placing your order!!)
  • lost or stolen packages! please contact your local post office!
